Grounded support, for extraordinary growth

Hi, I’m Ruth! I help high-achieving women who are tired of measuring their worth by their accomplishments. If you're constantly striving, people-pleasing, and wondering why success still doesn't feel satisfying, therapy can help you develop self-worth from within, set healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy.

Many people come to therapy believing they should already know how to handle what they’re going through. They tell themselves they should be stronger, calmer, or more certain than they feel.

But being human means experiencing uncertainty, stress, change, and emotion. Sometimes life moves faster than our ability to process it. Sometimes old patterns quietly shape how we show up without us realizing it.

Therapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations, and overwhelm. Therapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment

Why Women Choose to Work With Me

A young woman with glasses and long brown hair is sitting on a beige couch holding a pink brain-shaped object in each hand. She is smiling and wearing a light brown blazer, a dark top, and blue jeans. There is a green side table with a decorative star-shaped lamp and a tissue box beside her, and a wall hanging of a sandy beach scene is above her.

Many of the women I work with are used to being the strong one. They show up for everyone else, take on more than they should, and often put their own needs at the bottom of the list. Over time, this can lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, and unsure of who you are outside of what you do for others.

As your therapist, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can finally let your guard down. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen your confidence, and help you reconnect with your own voice. My goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you feel grounded in who you already are so you can make choices that align with your values, needs, and goals.

If you're tired of carrying everything on your own and putting yourself last, you're in the right place

My Approach

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Mindfulness-based techniques

Strengths-based and person-centered approaches

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and human.

My work integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered perspective. This means I focus not only on understanding challenges but also on building skills that help you navigate life outside the therapy room.

Ready when you are

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or schedule a consultation when you feel ready.
